The Knot Worldwide signs agreement to acquire Zola

Yahoo Finance reports The Knot Worldwide signed a definitive agreement to acquire Zola. The two will remain distinct consumer brands, and the deal would bring The Knot Worldwide's portfolio to 14 brands once it closes. Zola says more than 2 million couples have used it; it raised $100 million in 2018 at a reported valuation of around $600 million.
