Alexandr Wang helps lead Meta’s AI push as Muse reaches No. 1 in Apple’s App Store

The Wall Street Journal reports that Alexandr Wang, 29, is helping lead Meta’s AI efforts after Mark Zuckerberg picked him for the role in 2025. As of the Journal’s October 2 report, Meta’s new AI assistant, Muse, had held the No. 1 spot in Apple’s App Store for two weeks. Meta’s stock was up nearly 20% since Muse debuted in early September.
