Eli Lilly has struck an agreement allowing Hims & Hers Health to sell its obesity drugs Zepbound and Foundayo directly on the telehealth platform. Lilly announced the deal Nov. 6, 2026, according to a Reuters report by Michael Erman and Padmanabhan Ananthan.
Previously, patients seeking Lilly’s medicines through Hims & Hers had to leave the site and complete their purchases on LillyDirect, the drugmaker’s cash-pay platform, Reuters reported. The agreement changes that purchasing route rather than introducing Lilly medicines to Hims & Hers patients for the first time.
Starting self-pay prices are $149 per month for the obesity pill Foundayo and $299 per month for injectable Zepbound. Those match the prices available through LillyDirect, Reuters reported, rather than offering a new platform-exclusive discount.
“The ease and ability for someone on the Hims & Hers platform today to get Lilly medicine is not fully straightforward,” Ilya Yuffa, president of Lilly USA, said in the Reuters report. He argued that friction points increase the chance that consumers abandon a purchase.
Lilly joins rival Novo Nordisk in offering direct purchases through the platform. Reuters reported that Novo had been selling Wegovy and Ozempic through Hims & Hers since March 2026.
The deal also includes a Lilly-specific compounding commitment. Yuffa said Hims & Hers .
