Cipher Digital Q3 Update: First HPC Lease Revenue and About $9.1B in Barber Lake Contracted Revenue
Cipher Digital reported first HPC lease revenue from Black Pearl and conditional base-load classification for 1 GW at Colchis.

The Barber Lake lease was expanded to 20 years, bringing total contracted revenue at the site to approximately $9.1 billion. Rent commenced at Black Pearl, where Cipher recognized its first HPC lease revenue. At Colchis, the company received conditional base-load classification for 1 GW through ERCOT's Batch Zero process. Cipher also began developing lateral pipelines to support up to 2.5 GW of on-site generation.
