Sensex gains more than 600 points as Nifty tops 23,600

Indian stocks extended gains on November 3 after both the Sensex and Nifty 50 jumped 1.7% on Monday. By 9:32 a.m. IST, the Sensex was up 0.92% at 76,385.48 and the Nifty 50 was up 0.76% at 23,622.25. Marico climbed 4.5% after beating quarterly profit expectations.
