Discover-Tech reportedly targeted Starlink users in suspected surveillance effort

Reuters reports, citing six people familiar with the matter, that TrendAI researchers concluded Israeli ad tech firm Discover-Tech was heavily targeting Starlink users with ads, likely to locate or otherwise surveil them. The researchers found it was the No. 1 bidder on Starlink traffic in more than 100 countries. Discover-Tech and SpaceX did not respond to requests for comment.
