Anthropic is reportedly SpaceX’s largest single customer

Bloomberg, in an article published by The Japan Times, identifies Anthropic as SpaceX’s “Customer B,” citing a person familiar with the matter. A SpaceX filing said the unnamed customer accounted for about 34.5% of revenue last quarter; the article’s headline describes it as a $3 billion-a-month customer. Yahoo Finance says Anthropic surpassed the U.S. government as SpaceX’s largest customer and quotes Liz Harrow calling the pairing a “good marriage” because Anthropic needs compute.
