Novokuibyshevsk refinery reportedly struck by drones on October 30

POLITICO reports that Samara’s governor blamed Ukraine for an early-morning drone attack on the Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery. One post said the refinery was burning on a very large scale and predicted it would be out of operation for a long time. POLITICO describes Trump as pressuring Ukraine not to hit energy targets inside Russia.
