The Straits Times carried a Reuters account of the Wall Street Journal’s report that Musk ordered a slowdown of the military-grade Starlink service Ukraine relies on. The Journal cited U.S. officials and people familiar with the matter. The restriction hampered Ukraine’s attack and air-defense drone missions against Russia, the account says. Reuters said it could not immediately verify the report.
