@ryangerritsenAnother company in Ontario has been affected by our Governments inability to get a deal done with the U.S. It’s been reported that Novelis who makes cold rolled aluminum just had to lay off a third of their employees on Friday sighting tariffs as the reason. 80 Canadians lost their jobs on Friday and the same plant had to lay off 21 people a year ago. As each day goes by and we watch Carney make his speeches and share his photo-ops, Canadians are losing their livelihoods. It should be priority number one to get back to the negotiating table with our largest trading partner, not hang out with Macron on an island.
