Frasers Centrepoint Trust posts record full-year distribution per unit as second-half figure rises 2.6%

The Business Times reports that Frasers Centrepoint Trust’s second-half distribution per unit rose 2.6% to S$0.06214, bringing the full-year figure to a record S$0.1235. The paper says contributions from Northpoint City South Wing and higher rents across most malls drove growth in revenue and net property income.
