Trump says Russia agreed to supply diesel; US issues temporary license

Reuters reports Trump said Russia agreed to immediately supply over 300,000 tons of diesel after his call with Putin, with more shipments planned. The Associated Press reports the US Treasury issued a temporary license for Russian diesel, but the White House did not clarify when the fuel would be available.
