Diwali dry fruit gifts get pricier as pistachio and almond prices climb

Importers cited difficulties sourcing nuts from Iran and Afghanistan amid the US-Iran war; higher freight costs and a weaker rupee have also raised import charges. Traders and importers said festive demand could push prices higher.
