Anduril employee share tender could value startup at roughly $90 billion

Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the private plans, that Anduril is allowing employees to sell shares through a tender that would value the defense-tech startup at roughly $90 billion. People briefed on the matter said employees could sell at $94.80 per share, with the offer capped at about $1.3 billion.
