Castle Hook reportedly sets a New York office-rent record

The Financial Times reports Castle Hook Partners has leased 53,000 square feet across the top two floors of Related Companies’ 625 Madison Avenue tower. People familiar with the deal put annual rent at $350 to $400 per square foot, above the previous reported record of $327.50 per square foot. The fund is expected to move in during the second half of 2029.
