Hao Mart owner and wife resist OG’s foreclosure on Tanglin properties

The Business Times reports that Hao Mart owner Tan Kim Yong and his wife, Teo Siew Ling, are resisting OG’s foreclosure of their Tanglin properties, which they had mortgaged to raise funds for Taste Orchard. They failed to persuade a Supreme Court assistant registrar to change the type of court proceeding brought by OG-appointed receivers. Tan filed an appeal, and the next hearing was set for October 15, 2026.
