Sullivan & Cromwell reportedly plans to double its London office space

The Financial Times reports Sullivan & Cromwell is in advanced talks to lease space at 75 London Wall, potentially doubling its London office space. People familiar with the plans said it would pay more than £150 per square foot annually if the deal is confirmed, and planned to move in 2029 or 2030. The firm has hired at least nine London partners in the past year as US law firms expand in the UK.
