Meta's Muse AI app reportedly tops 10 million users since September launch

Meta plans to make money from that activity. Business Insider reports that Zuckerberg said at Meta's September Connect event that the company expected to take a small fee from Muse transactions. TechCrunch reports that Meta intends to keep the app free for most users while retaining a percentage of commerce and charging power users for advanced models or more tokens. Zuckerberg described Muse as "very compute-intensive to run" and forecast a more than tenfold improvement in cost efficiency over the next year. He said profitability depends on revenue reaching scale.
