Piyush Goyal says India is working to rebuild relations with China

The Economic Times, carrying a PTI report, says Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal said India is working to rebuild relations with China, though “the last word has not yet been scripted.” He said India is open to joint ventures with any country if it gets a fair deal, engagement continues and geopolitical conditions do not deteriorate. The report also notes India's widening trade deficit with China and tighter investment rules for countries sharing its land borders.
