Saudi Arabia in talks for Aramco access to foreign strategic oil storage

Bloomberg reports Saudi Arabia is in talks with foreign governments to give state-owned Aramco access to their strategic oil storage. CEO Amin Nasser said the goal is to make supplies to customers more resilient during disruptions. The Economic Times reports Nasser said commercial storage through partners is limited, while governments hold larger strategic capacity. The talks follow Houthi attacks on infrastructure.
