ProPublica reports that a Colorado marijuana company voluntarily recalled vapes and dozens of other products after a third-party lab found methylene chloride contamination. Some products had first reached dispensary shelves more than a year and a half earlier. Stricter state testing protocols planned for July had not taken effect.
