Nepra allows Rs1.11-per-unit fuel-cost increase for October electricity bills

Dawn reports that Nepra has notified electricity consumers of Rs1.11 per unit in higher fuel costs for October billing. It says the increase adds Rs16 billion to consumers’ costs.
