Anthropic's amended S-1 adds third-quarter figures missing from its initial prospectus. For the first nine months of 2026, it reported $33.24 billion in revenue, up roughly 1,200% from a year earlier, and a $104 billion net loss, most of it tied to changes in the fair value of convertible notes and derivative liabilities. Substantially all of its purchase and lease commitments relate to compute and infrastructure.
