HDFC Bank’s post-merger integration work is said to be largely done

The Economic Times reports that Anup Bagchi, set to become HDFC Bank’s managing director and CEO on October 27, said much of the work integrating HDFC Ltd is behind the bank. The merger was completed in July 2023, but Bagchi said balance-sheet changes and broader transformation work remain underway.
