The Economic Times reports that the two-year recruitment restrictions follow repeated failures to honour job offers to graduating students. Oracle is among the companies facing non-cooperation.
TLDR
The Indian Institutes of Technology will not cooperate with 22 companies on recruitment for two years, The Economic Times reports. The report names Oracle among those affected and links the decision to repeated failures to honour job offers made to graduating students. It says the action aims to limit the impact on students and uphold the credibility of the IIT placement process.
