Singapore employer survey highlights AI in hiring and human oversight

At its Oct. 30 summit, the Singapore National Employers Federation released findings from a survey of 1,000 employers. The Business Times reports that nearly half of employers using AI in HR deploy it for recruitment and selection. The Straits Times says 85% of nearly 3,000 reported HR use cases required human confirmation or sign-off. The two reports describe the recruitment figure’s denominator differently.
