480-meter Sabarmati River bridge completed for Mumbai–Ahmedabad bullet train

The Economic Times reports that the National High Speed Rail Corporation said on October 3 it had completed the 480-meter Sabarmati River bridge for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad bullet train. The bridge has eight piers and was built using a method that avoids conventional scaffolding beneath the deck. The corporation also said 18 of the project's 21 planned river bridges in Gujarat were complete.
