Trump Mobile accused of failing to make required fraud-related disclosures

The Washington Post reports that a senator alleges Trump Mobile failed to make legally required disclosures about how it prevents fraud or the use of its service by scammers. Trump Mobile offers phones and wireless service under a brand licensed from President Trump’s family business. The Post says it could not find filings required by the FCC under rules designed to prevent fraud.
