Easiest calorie win you’ve found?
Shake, snack, meal, habit? Personally I am struggling.
Days? Months? Years on and off? interested in where everyone’s at. I started on December 29th with mynetdiary. Counting calories sucks but I am up 3.5lbs. I would love to hear your progress and/or struggles!
