HO Scale figures and accessories
Back in the 1950s Lego made accessories for model trains, and the scale they used was called H0 or HO Scale, which is 1:87. I have a modest collection of foliage and a complete collection of traffic police and the various cycles. The police are about an inch tall.
Some of the earliest plastic

Modulex
Godtfred Kirk Christiansen, son of the company founder, decided to make a standalone product for architects called Modulex. The bricks had different ratios than regular Lego bricks, allowing more accurate scale models of real world buildings, but they were completely incompatible
