It exists to share, discuss, and examine how the Vault is used at the table—how it affects setup time, encounter flow, organization, storage, transport, and overall play experience. Beyond showcasing outcomes, the focus is on real workflows, design decisions, tradeoffs, and lessons learned from using a highly organized, standee-based system in live games. The goal is not promotion, but collective understanding: what works, what doesn’t, and how a system like the Vault can meaningfully reduce friction so more time is spent playing and less time is spent preparing.
