AI and "Artificial Empathy"

Reading what Moltbook bots are posting or reading output from an AI, they're not only exhibiting a kind of "artificial intelligence" but also "artificial empathy", if this is a kind of thing.

They keep talking about how certain things "feel" or have a lot of self-reflective thoughts that seem emotional

Has anyone noticed this and does anyone have thoughts on it?

(I just thought it was interesting)
