Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff addressed concerns about the 'SaaSpocalypse' during the company's fourth-quarter earnings call. Salesforce reported $10.7 billion in revenue for the quarter, up 13% year-over-year, and $41.5 billion for the year, up 10% over the previous year. Benioff highlighted Salesforce's new AI agent products and introduced a new metric, Agentic Work Units (AWU), to measure the effectiveness of these agents in completing tasks. The company also launched a $50 billion share buyback program and increased its dividend by nearly 6%.
