Anyone Using AI "Agents"? Are They Being Pushed to Sell More Token Consumption or Have You Genuinely Found Them Useful?

Not as much in to "agentic" AI personally, the sweet spot for me currently is chat-based AI with manual review of code a bit

I guess if you have money to burn, "agentic" AI might seem attractive?

"Agentic" AI sounds like it's a little more out of control and like you've have to keep looping it (burning more tokens) with the hope the "agent" finally figures out your intent eventually.

The idea is obvious and sound and it seems like it could be useful in the future; but at present is the tech there and if so what are you using it for?
