You can't make this stuff up.

@rohanpaul_ai While most stocks made considerable gains in the last year $META has certainly wasted oppurtunity.

@rohanpaul_ai What is the benefits of using Meta platform? What do you gain from there?

@rohanpaul_ai Never fails. Bad management butchers a cash cow. Zuck is really out of touch. Do they need AI, did the world need metaverse? He stole Facebook, bought instagram, Facebook marketplace is stolen eBay. Yet they made tons of money. AI is another wasteful Zuck vanity project.

Meta is seriously logging employees' keystrokes, clicks and screenshots to train AI agents to do white-collar work, and staff was told that there's "no option to opt out" on a work laptop. No wonder morale is at 20-year lows.

Meta made its own workforce the training set for the tool built to do their jobs. They basically converted their employess into lab rats - hard to stay motivated when that's the assignment.

Tech bro types are always so quick to denigrate HR types but this is a self-inflicted failure. Entirely preventable.

@rohanpaul_ai Funny how 'AI-driven efficiency' starts looking like 'Cambridge Analytica for employees' when the rubber meets the road at Meta.

@BrianRoemmele I think it's this way in a lot of companies, especially those running the silicon valley start up models

@rohanpaul_ai The problem is the future. No one will want to work for such a toxic company because there will exist other choices. Someone did not think entirely through this.

@rohanpaul_ai In many countries the content moderators appointed by @Meta is working with political campaign managers to selectively censor posts ... so, "truth" can be bought ...

meta is ignoring the complaints. Now lot of users are switching to @elonmusk x platform ...
