@rohanpaul_ai People pumping these jobs not realizing they are temporary, is wild to me.
The Class of 2026

@drgurner yes, nothing can escape in the long term now.

@drgurner @rohanpaul_ai Many more temporary jobs to come. One temporary job ends the next temporary job begins. That’s how some skilled trade jobs are. Doesn’t mean it’s not a well paying in demand job.

@drgurner @rohanpaul_ai And its what the owner is making annually, not what the laborer will make.

@rohanpaul_ai I think there are a lot of jobs that stay long term. They may have to shift in how they operate, but we won't have zero jobs.

@drgurner @rohanpaul_ai “learn to code” all over again

@SludgeBang @rohanpaul_ai Future jobs aren't being the traveling concrete person... Concrete can be a solid job, but not as this is portraying it.

@rohanpaul_ai The class of 2028 "humanoid robots just took all the cement layer jobs."

@rohanpaul_ai bearish $IBM. They have no idea what it costs to level a cement floor...

@rohanpaul_ai We lay asphalt, we pour and finish cement.

@rohanpaul_ai Gary Cohn man

@drgurner @rohanpaul_ai We lay asphalt, we pour and float concrete.
Picky I know.
Done both.

@drgurner @rohanpaul_ai Fill a need, even if temporary, that’s proceed rich. Take funds accrued overseas and invest in %45+ interest baring accounts. Transfer what’s needed over a crypto of choice. 5 years of grind with a similar setup can = financial freedom given adequate diversification.

@drgurner @rohanpaul_ai Blue collar trades actually exist. And if you take the time to research, you’ll see wage increases out pacing white collar jobs. Without a blue collar guy, there literally is no “desk job.”

@rohanpaul_ai All true, but Mom and Dad want programmers and accountants--and will do so until it is obvious these are equivalent to be a kindergarten teacher for economic value.
