How to find Windows 11 startup apps that Task Manager doesn't show
Neowin says Sysinternals Autoruns brings startup entries from scheduled tasks, services and other Windows locations into one view.

Neowin's guide recommends running Microsoft's Sysinternals Autoruns as administrator, then checking its Logon, Scheduled Tasks and Services tabs for entries missing from Task Manager's Startup section. Unchecking an entry stops it launching automatically without deleting it, but Neowin cautions against disabling unfamiliar services or drivers before looking them up.
