Tiny11 developer runs Windows 11 26H2 on 128MB of RAM

The stripped-down installation can open File Explorer and Notepad, but its developer says it runs extremely slowly.

Developer manages to run Windows 11 26H2 with just 128MB of RAM, just 3.1% of recommended minimum — stripped-down installation can access Desktop, File Explorer, and Notepad

TLDR

Microsoft lists 4GB of RAM as Windows 11's minimum, 32 times what NTDEV used in a heavily modified 26H2 installation. The Tiny11 developer demonstrated a working desktop, Start menu and limited multitasking, but acknowledged that the system runs extremely slowly. The experiment doesn't show that a standard installation can do the same.
