
This is like saying "the medical cartel will try to stop 23andme" 20 years ago. But what is even "the medical cartel?" Medicine adopts new technologies at a relatively slow pace compared with other industries. All the medical imaging modalities were once new technology that doctors didn't understand and were reluctant to incorporate.
The challenge for Midjourney is whether they can manage to make it useful medically. If they do, it will eventually be used by doctors.
