Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5 gain blood pressure and insulin resistance trends

Google is rolling out blood pressure and insulin resistance trends to Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5 through the Google Health app, with the first monthly reports expected in early October 2026. The blood-pressure feature analyzes pulse-wave and motion patterns, while the insulin-resistance estimate combines heart, sleep and movement signals. Google says both are general-wellness tools, not diagnostic tests, real-time clinical readings or a basis for changing medication. The features are free on supported Pixel Watches; Fitbit Air support is due later in 2026 with Google Health Premium.
