Lilian Weng, co-founder of the AI startup also called Thinky, announced her resignation effective the following day. She described seven months of illness triggered by unsustainable stress that exceeded her physical limits, while expressing pride in team accomplishments including the Inklings model release. In her message she concluded that the future worth building remains human.
