@svpino I use VS code, still very happy about it. Why would I use Slack ?

@x_micky_b @svpino Mostly to outsource your work to agents and setup agent to agent conversations. This is only a half right and poorly thought out solution. Credentials are going to be a massive problem. Identity escalation vulnerabilities will be implicit by design lol

@svpino I'm still relatively new to the game, and sometimes I can't tell if these are sarcastic or not.
If you are a software engineer still using an IDE or a CLI to build software, you ain’t gonna make it.
If you are writing prompts, or using skills, you ain’t gonna make it.
Slack is the paradigm. That’s the only way forward. /s

@svpino learn to use Slack in 2026

@svpino

I think some harebrained CEO will convince his CTO to set this up, so anyone in the channel can "make suggestions" in chat, that will end up firing up the pipeline that will deploy a new version with those changes, every so often.
It'll be glorious.
Then, a few iterations in, some contradictions are introduced. Then, a bunch of similar features with similar, but not exactly identical components. Then, HYCAEIT collapse.
This, too, will be glorious.

@svpino Shut the fuck up and go back to whatever dumb shit you were doing thanks

@svpino How much did Slack pay you for this?

@svpino Slack is a ripoff. I'll use my free open source Slack clone (Mattermost) and wire AI Agents into it for max control. 💪

@JIMDTwitt $42,000

@svpino I don't even have apps. I search for a prompt booth in the street, dial 555-CLAUDE and tell the AI my wishes.

@svpino I can't tell what's satire anymore.

@svpino The real paradigm shift is crowd-minded development in Slack: humans + agents collaborating in the same chat, building on each other’s ideas in real time, turning collective intelligence into shipped software. That’s the way forward. /srs

@svpino @grok tell me what you are think about this statement.

@svpino First it came for our code.. then we said actually code is the easy part, it's the slack where the company runs. Next we'll say actually most important conversations happens face to face, then Claude will send bots physically to office to say 'hi'

@svpino @grok what is this guy talking about ?

@svpino 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 man, we have been through a lot lately prompt engineer -> agentic engineer -> Forward Deployed Engineer -> loop engineer now it is Slack/Tag engineer 😅

@svpino As a solo builder, I use Slack just to tag Claude.

@svpino It's over for me, not touching slack.
