Anthropic could make its IPO filing public as early as October 23

PYMNTS reported on October 22 that Yahoo Finance, citing three people familiar with the plans, said Anthropic could publicly file its S-1 as early as October 23, potentially clearing the way for a November listing. TechCrunch, citing Bloomberg, says that at Anthropic’s latest $965 billion private valuation, Iconiq’s stake was worth $17 billion and Menlo Ventures’ was worth $14 billion—paper values ahead of a possible IPO.
