@BjarturTomas there are multiple qualitatively different optimal outcomes and you'll be able to choose what arenas to compete in

@SOPHONTSIMP @BjarturTomas They can and probably should give us the option of uplift. But I don't know that a human uplifted into an ASI would be meaningfully much more human than any other ASI.

I think transhumanism is great, but player character transhumanism is cope. That is, there won’t be a competitive path. Though perhaps there is a narrative the most powerful pre-singularity humans can thread that will allow them to still think themselves in the arena.
