breaking: - we renamed the "default" harness to "bash", as this is a more fitting name - harbor timeouts are ignored by default. wall clock time limitations mainly test infra and/or luck, which we consider a footgun - we dropped legacy experimental envs https://github.com/PrimeIntellect-ai/verifiers/releases
