Neurable One EEG headphones add a ‘capacity’ metric for focus before burnout

Gizmodo reports that Neurable’s $499 Neurable One headphones are available for preorder and are its first pair made without hardware partner Master & Dynamic. Their new ‘capacity’ metric is meant to gauge how much someone can focus before burnout, while passive EEG readings provide a longer-term view of brain activity. Gizmodo notes that hair can interfere with EEG signals and that real-time readings from at-home devices may be hit-or-miss.
