Bajaj Finance acquires 5% stake in AI video startup TrueFan AI, Inc42 reports

Inc42 reports that Bajaj Finance acquired a 5% stake in Delhi-NCR-based TrueFan AI as part of Bajaj Finserv’s Finserv Intelligence initiative. The publisher says TrueFan shifted from celebrity engagement to enterprise AI in 2024 and serves 100-plus enterprise clients, including HDFC Bank, Cipla, BharatPe and Goibibo. Inc42 also reports that TrueFan raised $10 million in Series A funding earlier in 2026, taking its total funding to nearly $15 million before Bajaj Finance’s investment.
