ESDS shares trade more than 150% above IPO price, Inc42 reports

Inc42 reported on September 7 that ESDS Software Solution shares hit their 20% upper circuit—the daily price-rise limit—for a second consecutive session. The publisher said shares reached ₹1,074.65 on the BSE, more than 150% above the ₹429 IPO price, taking market capitalisation to around ₹12,596 crore. Inc42 also reported that Choice Institutional Equities gave the stock a “buy” rating with a ₹1,550 target price, citing ESDS’ $1.25 billion AI infrastructure contract with Sharon AI as a key growth driver.
