Seems a reasonable bet that mythos-level capabilities will have diffused within the year (perhaps within 6 months). A few well-off countries (US, UK) understand what this means, and are (well, were in the case of UK) working hard to adapt and prepare. I would expect that a lot of emerging economies will find themselves blindsided, with vulnerabilities exposed across their national and commercial digital infrastructures.
