It only works with a coding agent because it needs to search and grep files, you can't just put all that data in an LLM app it won't work
A fun exercise is exporting your 5+ year of chat logs and putting it in Claude Code to do psychoanalysis of yourself

@levelsio tell it to decompose everything into essential idea structures and to develop a model of your cognitive techniques

@levelsio I did this with the chat log with my ex, whitout telling who is who...was very telling 😏

@ThanksRolf Hah what did it tell you?

@levelsio An LLM cannot possibly process that much data within its context

@levelsio or how much private information you have leaked

@levelsio okay doing it now.

@Ekimerton It just greps a lot and searches that's why Claude Code is better at it then a general LLM app

@levelsio Uploaded journals entries from 2000 only to learn I’ve essentially made no progress in my psychological development. 😂😭

@levelsio "fun"

@levelsio That can also be a not fun exercise

@levelsio It told me im a far right AC activist

@levelsio Nice try Dario

@levelsio You should try Google NotebookLM for it! You can upload as much context as you want in any format, and then ask it to create a podcast/video/presentation/mindmap on any topic based on your data. Had a lot of fun listening to a podcast discussing my journal of 5 years

@levelsio or have an agent help you navigate the aglo when things get weird.

@levelsio Interesting
Is Claude Code also good for general things as well as for coding? I thought it trained/configured for programming

@levelsio FBI as soon as I do that

@levelsio i dont wanna to this just because i can predict that he will call me "A VERY STRICT AND DEMANDING EMPLOYER"

@levelsio Claude reading 5 years of my DMs would immediately file for a system reset

@levelsio You don’t delete every chat log after using finishing the session? That’s some boomer shi ngl
